Safeguarding-Managing Allegations Against Staff (COR09)

Overview

This policy applies to those allegations made against staff where there is reason to believe a child or adult is at risk of harm. The policy facilitates appropriate and coordinated responses to allegations made against Trust employees and workers, both temporary and substantive and includes students, volunteers and those engaged by the Trust in a non-remunerative capacity.
